WHAT DOES SIMULTANEOUS CLASS MEAN? Simultaneous Class in UTT signifies special arrangement in the time table where specific subjects of 2 or more classes (max 5 classes) run together. Example 1: I want Chemistry practicals of XII A & XII B to be arranged together. Example 2: Library periods of IA & IB are to be arranged simultaneously so that related activities can be conducted together. In the time table given below UTT has arranged LIBRARY periods for both the classes in the 7th & 8th period on TUESDAY. WHERE CAN I FIND THE NECESSARY SETTING FOR SIMULTANEOUS CLASSES? Macros are the crucial components of UTT. But for security reasons EXCEL keeps the macros disabled. You need to enable the macros before using UTT. Otherwise you'll get the " can not run the macro " message every time you click on any button/link. To enable macros find the security warning here.     Click on the options  Check the enable this content and then click OK. Now you are all set to work with UTT.
